Klaria is a content planning, approval and analytics platform operated by Mirror Production (“Mirror”, “we”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is used by organisations (“workspaces”) and their staff to plan social media content, gather approvals, publish to connected social accounts and read the performance of those accounts. This policy explains what Klaria collects, why, and how to have it removed.
Information we collect
- Account details of workspace staff: name, work email, role, profile picture, and sign-in activity (time and approximate location from the IP address).
- Content you create in Klaria: posts, captions, media, comments, tasks, projects, calendar entries and approval decisions.
- Connected social accounts. When an authorised administrator connects an Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or YouTube account, the platform gives Klaria an access token and the account’s public profile (id, username, name, follower count). With that token Klaria reads the account’s own posts and their insights (reach, likes, comments, views), reads comments and mentions on the account’s posts, and, where the workspace chooses, publishes content the workspace has approved. Klaria never receives or stores the account’s password.
- Public listening data: news headlines and public posts that match keywords a workspace tracks, collected from public sources (news feeds, public APIs).
How we use it
- To run the service: show a workspace its own content, approvals, tasks and analytics.
- To publish content to a connected account only when a workspace member schedules it.
- To send notifications the workspace configured (approvals, due dates, daily reports) by email and push.
- To generate AI-assisted captions, summaries and reports from the workspace’s own content.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share data from one workspace with another. Data from Meta, X, LinkedIn or Google platforms is used only to provide the features the connecting administrator enabled, in line with each platform’s developer policies.
Where it lives and who can see it
Klaria is hosted on Vercel and Supabase (database and file storage). Access tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Within a workspace, data is visible to that workspace’s staff according to their role. Sub-processors we rely on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, storage), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI assistance on workspace content), and the social platforms an administrator chooses to connect.
Retention
Workspace content is kept for as long as the workspace is active. Social access tokens are kept until the account is disconnected, the token expires, or the workspace is deleted. Analytics history for a disconnected account is kept so past reports remain readable, unless deletion is requested.
Your choices and data deletion
- Disconnect a social account at any time from Analytics in Klaria, or by removing Klaria from the platform’s own settings (Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites; Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites; X: Settings → Security → Apps; LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access). Klaria deletes the token on disconnect.
- Request deletion of any data Klaria holds about you or your accounts by following the steps on our data deletion page. Requests are completed within 30 days.
