Deleting your data from Klaria
You can remove a connected social account, or ask us to delete everything Klaria holds about you, at any time. No account with Klaria is needed to make a request.
1. Disconnect a social account
- In Klaria, open Analytics, find the account card and click ✕ to disconnect.
- Or remove Klaria from the platform itself. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Klaria → Remove. On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Klaria → Remove.
Either way, Klaria deletes the access token immediately and stops reading or publishing to that account.
2. Request full deletion
Email privacy@klaria.me with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us:
- the social account username(s) or the Klaria workspace name, and
- whether you want the connected account removed only, or all data about you deleted.
We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion covers access tokens, profile details, imported posts and insights, and any personal data in the workspace attributable to you. We reply with a confirmation once it is done.
What is not deleted
